Data controller
The data you provide is processed by Mas de Cabossa (tourism registration HUTTE-073237), based in El Perelló (Baix Ebre, Tarragona). You can contact us at masdecabossa@gmail.com.
What data we process
The site has no forms: we do not ask for or collect any personal data while you browse. We only process what you send us when you write via WhatsApp, email or phone: your name, the contact details you give us, the dates you are interested in and the content of your message. We do not collect special-category data.
Purpose
To answer your enquiries, manage your booking and keep the contact needed for your stay.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us and, if you book, the performance of the accommodation contract.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, after that, for the applicable legal periods.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data. If you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation passes through the servers of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is governed by WhatsApp's terms. Our email is hosted with Google (Gmail). We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to or restrict the processing of your data and request its portability by writing to masdecabossa@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
